Pizza in the oven

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water (pay attention to the package of dry yeast. Some must be mixed with flour, others with water). Grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough (6-8 minutes). Cover the dough and place in a warm place for proofing. The dough on dry fast-acting yeast will be ready to work in 20-30 minutes.
  2. You can use ketchup and other ready-made sauces, but we need the perfect one!
  3. Mash the tomatoes in their own juice with a fork, add salt, pepper, dried oregano and fresh basil.
  4. Prepare the filling. Grate cheese on a coarse grater (mozzarella can be torn into pieces), cut vegetables, mushrooms, sausages, meat, etc.
  5. For children's pizza, I took milk sausages, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.
  6. For Assorted - everything that was in the fridge (that's why it is allsorts) - ham, boiled sausage, mushrooms, a little cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers.
  7. Divide the matched dough into two parts, roll out into a circle, and place on a baking sheet. Grease the blanks with sauce, lay out the filling WITHOUT cheese!
  8. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 220-250 ° C. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 4 minutes.
  9. Cut the finished pizza and garnish with fresh herbs.
