Pizza "Margarita"

Ingredients

• 0.5KG flour
• 1.5 tbsp. warm water
• 3 tbsp. l. olive (sunflower) oil
• 20-25 g fresh yeast or 1 table. dry spoon
• Sugar, salt
• Mozzarella cheese
• tomatoes
• tomato sauce
• fresh basil
• oregano
• any hard cheese (optional)

Directions

1. How to make the dough, I described in detail in the recipe "Pizza 4 cheese", everything else, as usual, collect the pizza and on a hot baking sheet in a hot oven. The pizza cooks very quickly, watch the cake, as soon as it is browned - it's done!
2. In the fall, I try to make the sauce myself, when the tomatoes are already ground. It's simple - grated peeled tomatoes + olive oil, garlic, spices, put everything in a saucepan over low heat, sweat until the liquid evaporates, cooled down - the sauce is ready. When there is no sauce I buy pizza ketchup.
