Pizza Margarita

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We mix the ingredients for the dough, first in a bowl, and then on a table oiled with vegetable oil. Knead thoroughly, about 10 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45-60 minutes to rise.
  2. Chop the mozzarella, rub the Parmigiano into crumbs.
  3. Gently spread the dough on a parchment dusted with flour. Use our hands (NOT a rolling pin) to form a circle without touching the edges. Hands can be lightly greased with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick.
  4. Grease with sauce and put in an oven well preheated to 250 * C for 10 minutes.
  5. We take out the pizza, add cheese, salt, pepper and sprinkle with Oregano, lay out the tomatoes.
  6. We bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown, so that the cheese is completely melted.
