Pizza "Margarita" is a traditional Italian pizza. This is evidenced not only by its history, but also by the color scheme. Just look: green (basil), white (dough), red (tomato sauce). The most patriotic pizza!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The dough is already ready, let's start in the sauce. Strain the tomatoes from the juice and peel them (if any). Chop the tomatoes finely or pass through a blender, as you like. Heat the tomatoes on the stove, add finely chopped garlic and finely chopped basil, salt to taste. We warm up a little so that all the ingredients are revealed. Let it cool.
  2. We roll out the dough, it is better to do this not with a rolling pin, but with your hands (slowly stretch it in different directions so that it does not break). I used a 25 cm shape.
  3. Put the resulting sauce on the dough.
  4. Mozzarella mode on plates or grate.
  5. We put in the oven at the maximum temperature, bake until tender (cheese and dough should be golden brown). (My oven heats up to a maximum of 220 degrees, the cooking time takes 10-15 minutes. During cooking, I unrolled it so that the pizza would be evenly baked and covered with a golden brown crust).
  6. The pizza is ready, Bon appetito.
