  3. Add flour, salt, milk, vegetable oil (just a glass, don't worry - it's a little), mineral water into the dough. Knead the dough. It doesn't have to be tight. It should stick to your hands and be like fluff, light and tender. We leave for an hour.
  4. Our dough came up. Let's start shaping the Mini pizza. I do not divide the dough into parts. Straight from the mass, I pinch off the balls. Immediately put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. I press down each ball with a glass, making indentations. I spread the filling.
  5. Place a baking sheet with pizza in a preheated 210⁰C oven. Guided by your oven about the degree of doneness. It took me ~ 10-12 minutes.
