Pizza on a frying pan

Ingredients

• 115 gr Cottage cheese
• 1 pc Egg
• 1 tbsp Flour
• 1/2 tsp Provencal seasonings
• A pinch baking powder
• 40 gr The cheese is hard
• 40 gr Grainy cheese
• 50 gr Pepper

Directions

1. Mix the products for the dough and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn over and lay out the filling. Turn off the heat and keep under the lid for up to 5 minutes.
