For the dough, combine water, yeast, sugar and 1 tbsp. flour from the total mass, mix before combining, put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. While the dough is ripe, peel the beets and garlic, grate on a fine grater. Stir the matched dough, add oil and salt, mix. Add beets and garlic, then add flour in 2-3 doses, knead the dough. Place in a warm place for 1 hour (should double in size)
Roll the dough into 2 circles 8-10 mm thick, brush each piece with mustard, put Korean carrots, diced tofu, disassembled into small broccoli inflorescences, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Bake pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
