Ingredients

• 200 g Curdy
• 25 g Flour (I have rice)
• 1 PC. Egg
• one pinch Salt
• 10 g Ketchup
• 15 g Sour cream
• 50 g Mushrooms
• 30 g Cheese
• 50 g Tomatoes

Directions

1. Knead the cottage cheese and egg with a fork or spoon, add salt and flour. We put it in a silicone mold and send it to the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.
2. We take out the dough, grease with ketchup and sour cream. We cut the mushrooms and tomatoes. Grate the cheese.
3. We spread the filling on the dough and put it in the oven for another 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 °. Bon appetit
