  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and core. Cut off the top of the garlic head. Put the tomatoes and garlic in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Fry onions with oregano in a pan
  3. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan, add coarsely chopped onions and herbs. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent.
  4. Stew vegetables for the sauce in a pan
  5. Peel the fried tomatoes and garlic and add to the onion. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
  6. Grind vegetables into pizza sauce in a blender
  7. Pour vegetables into a blender bowl and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Return the sauce to the saucepan and continue simmering until the desired consistency is obtained.
