Naples is considered the birthplace of pizza, from there it gradually spread throughout Italy, and over time gained fame throughout Europe, and then around the world. There are many pizza dough recipes and a large number of topping recipes. I offer my own version of the famous Italian pastries. The recipe for the dough from the Internet is taken as a basis, and the recipe for the filling is taken from the book "Pizza and Italian Pasta Dishes". The dough is enough for 2 pizzas. You can immediately make a pizza with a different filling, or freeze the dough for next time.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine flour with sugar and dry yeast, mix.
  2. Dissolve salt in warm water, add vegetable oil, mix.
  3. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and knead the dough. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place to rise for about an hour. During this time, knead the dough once.
  4. Prepare the necessary stuffing products.
  5. In the original recipe for the filling, you need to take boiled meat. I used a chop. Cut the carbonate into small pieces.
  6. Cut the hunting sausages in half lengthwise.
  7. As I wrote earlier, the dough is obtained for 2 large pizzas. Separate half of the dough and roll it into a circle about 0.5 cm thick.I got a circle with a diameter of 29.5 cm. Use your fingers to lightly distribute the dough to the edge to make small sides. Place the pizza base on a greased baking sheet. Grease a circle of dough with olive oil, 1–1.5 cm before the edges.
  8. Put the pieces of carbonade on the base.
  9. Dilute tomato paste with 1-2 tbsp. l. boiled cold water to a puree consistency.
  10. Spread the tomato puree on top of the carbonade. Sprinkle with dried thyme, marjoram, freshly ground black pepper.
  11. Arrange hunting sausages and olives.
  12. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the filling with cheese. Place the pizza in the oven at 220 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
  13. Remove the finished pizza from the oven, put on a dish.
  14. Serve the Tarantella pizza hot, cut into portions. Bon Appetit!
