If desired, you can add not bacon sausages to the pizza filling, but, say, tuna and shrimp. Or even make it vegetarian - with baked peppers, blue cheese and herbs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the sausages into slices. Chop the bacon. Add the onions and garlic to them, fry all together in olive oil, 7 minutes. Add dry herbs and tomatoes along with juice, bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper and cook over high heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  2. Divide the resulting mixture into heat-resistant portion molds. Add 3 olives, capers and mini mozzarella to each mold.
  3. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough, cut into 6 rectangles, cover the molds with them, sticking the ends to the sides.
  4. Punch a hole in the middle for steam to escape. Brush the dough with olive oil. Let the dough stand in a warm place, 15 minutes. Sprinkle the dough with Parmesan and bake in the oven until the dough is done, about 12 minutes. Serve hot.
