Pizza traffic light

Ingredients

• 2 glasses brine
• 1 tsp soda
• 2-3 glasses flour
• 100 ml vegetable oil
• Sausage
• Tomatoes
• Cheese
• Greens of onions and dill
• Mayonnaise

Directions

1. Knead the dough until thick sour cream. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Pour the mass, bake until half cooked.
2. Filling: finely chop the greens and tomatoes, grate the sausage and cheese.
3. Lay the filling on the pizza in layers: sausage, tomatoes, herbs, cheese. Top with mayonnaise. Lay out the three eyes of the traffic light.
4. Place in the oven to spread the cheese.
