  1. Knead the pizza dough. 0.5 tbsp. water (warm) dissolve dry yeast 1 tsp, add a pinch of salt and Altero oil 1 tbsp. l. In a deep cup 2 tbsp. flour and add our mixture, knead well. If you need to add flour. The dough should be elastic. Leave the dough to rest for 40 minutes.
  2. Grind the tomatoes in your own juice in a blender.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough. Place the chopped tomatoes on it and spread the mazzarella cheese randomly.
  4. Heat the oven to 250 degrees and bake the pizza for 10 minutes. Until ready.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven and spread out the bacon. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands and decorate. Sprinkle with paramesan cheese.
