Nowadays, pizza has become not only an Italian, but an international dish. There are many pizza dough recipes and a huge number of pizza toppings recipes. I offer my own version of pizza stuffed with mushrooms and black olives. I used delicious and healthy olive oil for baking.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine flour with sugar and dry yeast, mix.
  2. Dissolve salt in warm water, add olive oil, stir.
  3. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and knead the dough. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place to rise for about an hour. During this time, knead the dough once.
  4. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes.
  5. Pour half of the olive oil into a frying pan, heat it up. Add onion and garlic and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  6. Dilute tomato paste with cold boiled water until it becomes liquid sour cream. Pour the diluted tomato paste into a pan with fried onions and garlic. Add salt and sugar to taste, stir. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Cool the tomato sauce a little.
  7. Roll out the yeast dough into a thin layer. Grease the surface of the dough with the remaining olive oil, not reaching the edges of 1–1.5 cm. Put the dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
  8. Grease the dough with cooked tomato sauce.
  9. Wash the champignons, dry with a paper towel. Cut into thin slices. Sprinkle the mushrooms with lemon juice.
  10. Put the mushrooms on the sauce.
  11. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and black olives.
  12. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  13. Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza. Place a baking sheet with pizza in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
  14. Remove the finished pizza from the oven, put on a dish. Cut into portions. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
