  4. On a floured table, roll out the dough into a thin layer, transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  5. Spread the tomato paste over the dough and sprinkle with half the chopped mozzarella.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Place the tomato circles, ham, pepper, garlic and the remaining mozzarella on the pizza. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown. Cut the pizza into slices and serve warm.
