  9. Pour the sauce in the middle and spread it over the dough with a thin layer
  10. Then sprinkle with grated cheese, then onion. We spread the chicken, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes. Lay out the mozzarella and grated cheese on top.
  11. In a preheated oven to 210 degrees, we send the pizza for 8-10 minutes. We take it out, cut it and eat it with pleasure (dry red wine at will ) Bon appetit
