Pizza with mozzarella, gorgonzola and ham

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For the test, dissolve yeast in 1 glass of warm water, add flour, a little salt and olive oil. Knead a not too steep dough, adding water if necessary. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 pieces (this will make 4 pizzas). Roll each piece into a 20 cm circle.
  3. Cut the cheeses into small cubes or grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into very thin slices, then into strips.
  4. Grease each circle of dough with olive oil, sprinkle first with mozzarella, then gorgonzola.
  5. Place a few slices of ham on top of each pizza.
  6. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until the cheese is completely melted and just begins to brown, 15 minutes. Cut into sectors and serve.
