When you really want pizza, but there is no time to make it, puff yeast-free dough will help out. Of course, this is not entirely in the Italian tradition, but the pizza turns out to be thin, crispy and very tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the puff yeast-free dough from the freezer and hold at room temperature until softened. This will take 20 to 35 minutes, depending on the room temperature. On a table dusty with flour, roll out a layer of dough into a circle along the diameter of the mold.
  2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a dry frying pan until crisp. Place the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
  3. Strain the olives from the liquid, dry and cut into rings.
  4. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out the dough, forming small sides. Brush the pizza base with tomato sauce.
  6. Put the fried bacon on the tomato sauce.
  7. Lay out the chopped olives. Sprinkle pizza with dried thyme and freshly ground black pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. Put the pizza dish in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 10 - 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the form from the oven, transfer the pizza to a platter, garnish with fresh dill.
  10. Serve hot pizza with olives and bacon to the table, cut into portions. Bon Appetit!
