Pizza with salad mix "Naples"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For a dough with a bowl, sift the flour along with the salt. Add sugar and yeast. Pour in 100 ml of cold water, pour in 50 ml of boiling water. Knead the dough.
  2. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. Form a ball out of it and brush with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  3. For the sauce, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and sauté prepared vegetables for 4 minutes. Add mashed tomatoes and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and simmer over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Knead the dough and leave for another 20 minutes. Divide into 2 parts. Roll each into a thin flat cake with a diameter of 25 cm.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 ºС. Brush the flatbreads with sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, add olives and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Spoon the melted cheese into olive-sized balls. Shave a piece of Parmesan. Distribute melted cheese balls, Parmesan cheese and Napoli salad mix over the finished pizzas.
