Sprinkle the dough circles with flour, cover with foil.
  6. Grease the dough with garlic sauce, spread squid, shrimps, sprinkle with herbs and cheese, then spread octopuses, mussels and tomatoes, bake
  7. Grease each base for the dough with a sauce with chopped garlic (I use homemade steamed tomatoes with spices), you can take your favorite ketchup. Arrange squid, shrimp, sprinkle with fine dried oregano and basil, cheese on top, then add octopus and mussels, cherry tomatoes, lightly sprinkle them with cheese!
