Pizza with zucchini and crab sticks

Unusual version of zucchini pizza, sour cream sauce and cheese, with notes of nutmeg and thyme.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour yeast and a pinch of sugar into a bowl of warm water. The water should not be too hot. Leave on for 20 minutes. A "hat" should appear.
  2. Sift flour into a large bowl, pour water with yeast and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, place in a clean, floured bowl, cover with a towel and leave to approach for 30-40 minutes.
  3. For the filling, grate the zucchini, finely chop the onion. Heat butter in a frying pan, simmer onion, add zucchini, simmer covered for 3 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. Add sour cream to the zucchini, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, thyme and lemon juice.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Roll out the dough into a circle, lay out the filling 1-2 cm short of the edge, lay out the chopped crab sticks, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Bon Appetit!
