Autumn time, the charm of the eyes ... The harvest time is replete with all kinds of bright colors. And I have a seductive air charlotte so fragrant and with plum sourness.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut plums into halves, sprinkle with cognac (can be replaced with rum). Let's leave the plums to marinate, but for now let's make the dough.
  2. Beat the eggs into a dense foam, gradually add sugar, continuing to beat. Combine with flour, previously sifted with baking powder.
  3. Beat the sour cream and with gentle movements from bottom to top, combine it with the dough. Put the plums into a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, onto which pour the dough on top.
  4. We bake for 40-50 minutes. at 200 degrees. Cool the charlotte in a mold and then turn it over onto a platter. Sprinkle the charlotte with powdered sugar and enjoy fragrant pastries with a cup of tea.
