Plum wine, prepared according to this recipe, turns out to be aromatic, with a rich spicy taste. Moreover, such a wine is quite budgetary, because sweet plums do not require a lot of sugar for fermentation.

  1. Remove the seeds from the drain, put the pulp in an enamel basin, pour in 0.5 liters of water, crush.
  2. Add 1.5 liters of water, bay leaves, cloves and sugar. Put on fire.
  3. Cook until foam appears, remove the foam, turn off the stove, wait until it cools.
  4. Squeeze out the liquid from the resulting mass using a press.
  5. Fill the pomace with 1 liter of clean water, squeeze again.
  6. Mix both portions of the resulting liquid, strain through a sieve.
  7. Place in a barrel and leave for 3-4 days.
  8. Pour into bottles, cap and leave for another 12 days.
