Poached eggs are a great substitute for banal boiled eggs. And making poached eggs in the microwave is easier than any other way.

  1. Boil water.
  2. In the bowl in which the poached egg will be boiled, pour a tablespoon of vinegar and add a pinch of salt. Then add 150-200 ml of boiling water.
  3. Wash the egg (very fresh), gently break the shell and release the contents into a cup or bowl.
  4. We bring the bowl with the egg to the very surface of the water and carefully pour the egg into boiling water.
  5. We immediately put the container in the microwave. We turn on the microwave for 45-60 seconds at maximum power (I have 800). A poached egg in the microwave is "brewed".
  6. We take out the poached egg with a slotted spoon and transfer it to a separate plate - let it dry out.
  7. A poached egg can be used as an ingredient in a salad or sandwich. Or you can just eat it for breakfast))
