Poke with rice, crab and broken cucumbers

Ingredients

  1. Rinse round rice several times, pour 180 ml of water and cook. Mix 25 ml of rice vinegar with 20 g of sugar and 5 g of salt until the sugar dissolves, add to hot rice and stir.
  2. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, beat off with a knife handle, cut into thin half rings. Add 10 ml of rice vinegar, 10 ml of orange juice, 5 g of sugar and chopped chili to them.

  4. Put the peas in boiling salted water right in the pods for a minute, then chill to stop cooking. Cut the pods in half.
  5. Mix the kimchi sauce, sweet chili and mayonnaise. Tear the crab sticks into fibers and mix with the sauce.
  6. Put rice in a plate, top with crab, peas, broken cucumbers, tobiko, peanuts and cilantro.
