Cottage cheese cake with poppy seeds is amazingly tasty, moderately sweet, with a creamy curd flavor, very delicate and airy.

  8. Grease the bottom and sides of a cake tin (23 cm in diameter) with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough into the form, smooth with a spatula.
  9. Bake a cottage cheese cake with poppy seeds in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
  10. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick, it should come out dry.
  11. Leave the poppy seed pie in the tin for a few minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
