  1. Peel the potatoes, cut each tuber into four parts. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan, fill with water, add 0.5 tsp. salt. Boil potatoes until half cooked, 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cut the pork pulp into thin slices.
  3. Season with salt and pepper the pieces of meat on both sides.
  4. Beat off pieces of meat with a kitchen hammer on both sides, covering the meat with a bag.
  5. In a baking dish, put the pieces of meat in one overlap layer.
  6. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  7. Place the onion on top of the meat pieces. We will distribute 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise on the surface of the meat with onions.
  8. Let's wash the tomato. Cut it in half, and then cut each half into thin slices.
  9. Place the tomato on top of the onion.
  10. Take out the pineapple rings, cut them in half and arrange them in a single layer. Place the remaining mayonnaise on top of the pineapples.
  11. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Sprinkle the top of the dish with grated cheese.
  12. Drain the potatoes with water and place the potatoes along the edges of the mold. Season with salt and pepper. Let's send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cooking baked meat with pineapples, potatoes, tomatoes and cheese for 40-50 minutes.
