Sausage on a skewer, made from minced meat with the addition of spices, onions and herbs - kebab. Thanks to the fat content of pork, the dish becomes juicy, rich and very tasty when baked. Let's bake a kebab on a stick in the oven on a wire rack, and the foil will help form even, mouth-watering sausages. Such a meat dish can be prepared on the festive table.

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Wash the meat thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Dip wooden skewers or skewers in water for 20-30 minutes so that they do not burn in a hot oven.
  4. Coarsely chop the peeled onion and garlic and place in a blender bowl. Add hot pepper, basil, suneli hops, dried garlic. Grind 20-30 seconds.
  5. Add fresh herbs and pour in 50 ml of drinking water. Grind again 20-30 seconds.
  6. The result was a fragrant mixture with small patches of vegetables and herbs.
  7. Cut the pork into pieces of a suitable size for the meat grinder opening, chop into minced meat.
  8. Add chopped greens with onions and spices to the minced meat, add salt, mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.
  9. Place a bowl of minced meat in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes - it will become more dense.
  10. Turn on the oven to preheat to 80 degrees.
  11. Grease a sheet of foil with vegetable oil. Divide minced meat into 7-8 parts (approximately 100-120 g each). Blind a dense sausage from each part of the minced meat. Thread lengthwise onto a wooden skewer or skewer.
  12. Wrap the minced meat sausage with foil, fix around the edges.
  13. Thus, prepare kebabs from all minced meat. Lay on an oven rack.
  14. Place the meat rack in the oven. Place a baking sheet below, on which the juice will drain. Bake the meat for 40 minutes.
  15. Carefully remove the foil from the sausages.
  16. Place the kebabs back on the wire rack and return to the oven for 20 minutes.
  17. An appetizing, moderately ruddy crust appeared on the meat - kebabs are ready, you can get it out of the oven.
  18. Put the skewers with meat on a plate, garnish with herbs.
  19. Serve pork kebabs at the table.
