Pork roll with herbs

The roll turns out to be very tasty. Good both cold and hot

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Buy a piece of pork, convenient for roll formation.
  2. Beat it off with a kitchen meat hammer.
  3. Brush with soy sauce and drizzle with lemon.
  4. Salt and pepper + spices.
  5. Finely chop the greens, add the garlic, cut into slices.
  6. On the beaten meat, put mixed greens all over the piece
  7. Thoroughly roll up with a roll and tie with thread, of course, you can also use skewers, but thread is somehow safer.
  8. Sprinkle with vodka on top and coat with honey! Put in your sleeve!
  9. You can leave it in the refrigerator overnight, or you can leave it for 2 + 3 hours to marinate the roll!
  10. Fry in the oven for 1 - 1.5 hours.
