Pork skewers, bell peppers and onions

Pork, bell pepper, onion and a simple marinade - the whole set of ingredients for a delicious barbecue.

  1. In a small bowl, combine Teriyaki sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, honey and hot sauce. Pour 1/3 of the prepared marinade into a large plastic bag with fasteners, put pork meat there, fasten the bag and mix well so that the meat is completely covered with marinade. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cover the rest of the marinade and refrigerate as well.
  2. On 4 metal or wooden skewers, string pork, pepper and onion alternately.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium temperature, put the kebabs on the grate, close the grill with a lid and cook the dish for 10-15 minutes, periodically turning over and lubricating the kebabs with the reserved marinade.
