Pork skewers marinated in red wine

Ingredients

  1. Cut the pork flesh into portions. If desired, lightly beat back.
  2. Peel and cut the onion.
  3. Wash green onions and finely chop.
  4. Cut the parsley.
  5. Mix the meat with green onions and parsley, sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, and spices.
  6. Drizzle with vegetable oil and dry red wine and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  7. Thread on skewers.
  8. Grill pork skewers in red wine on skewers, mixed with tomato slices. You can fry the tomatoes separately, also on skewers.
  9. When serving, sprinkle the pork skewers on wine with chopped herbs, pour over with lemon juice.
  10. Separately, you can serve fresh tomato juice or fresh vegetable salad.
