Marinate the kebab in sour cream, it will soften the meat fibers, add some spices and onions for a sharp taste. To feel your favorite aroma of fried barbecue on fire, you can go to nature. Or cook barbecue in the oven under the grill.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. I have a boneless loin, if you like fatter and juicier meat, take the neck.
  3. Cut the meat into large pieces.
  4. Cut half of the onion into large petals (for stringing on skewers), and the other half into small cubes.
  5. Add all the onion and sour cream to the meat, add black ground pepper and paprika.
  6. Mix thoroughly. We leave the meat to marinate for at least 2 hours, and it is better to send it to the refrigerator overnight.
  7. I usually salt the kebab about an hour or half an hour before cooking. I do this because salt draws juices out of the meat, and we need the meat to remain juicy.
  8. We string the marinated shish kebab on skewers. Alternate meat with pieces of onion petals.
  9. We send the meat to cook on the grill. Do not forget to periodically and quite often turn the kebab.
  10. Pork skewers in sour cream are ready.
  11. Enjoy your meal!
