A great way to marinate pork so that it remains juicy even after simmering on the coals.
Ingredients
Directions
Prepare pork skewers.
Cut the onion into rings, cut the tomatoes into circles.
Wash and dry the meat. Cut into small pieces, the size of a matchbox.
Lay a layer of meat on the bottom of the container, salt and pepper on top.
Lay the onion rings over the pork.
Put tomato slices on the onion. Sprinkle with lemon.
Repeat the process until all the meat is in.
Cover and remove the pork with onions and tomatoes and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. You can periodically shake the container so that the juices are evenly distributed and the meat marinates better.
Grill pork skewers on the grill.
Pork skewers are ready. Pour a glass of wine (or whatever you want) and enjoy excellent meat in good company.
Enjoy your meal!
