Pork skewers with garlic in onion-mustard marinade

Soft juicy kebab with a light aroma of mustard and garlic.

Ingredients

  1. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin strips.
  2. Peel, wash and finely chop the onion
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Over medium heat, stirring, sauté finely chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil (7-10 minutes).
  4. Add mustard and liquid sour cream and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add sugar, salt, pepper, other spices and mix thoroughly. Remove the marinade from the heat and pour in the vinegar, stirring. Cool the finished onion-mustard marinade for pork kebab.
  6. Cut the meat into portions.
  7. Soak the kebab in mustard marinade for 3-4 hours.
  8. Spike mustard pork skewers on skewers, interspersed with garlic cloves.
  9. Grill garlic skewers over hot coals, drizzling with lemon juice.
  10. Serve shish kebab with garlic, sprinkled with herbs or slices of tomatoes.
