We offer you to cook pork steak in a frying pan today. Steak (from the ancient Greek "fry") - a well-cooked thick piece of meat, which was cut from the carcass of the animal across the fibers. The history of steak has its roots in ancient Rome. Pork steak is a fairly simple solution for cooking meat, takes a minimum of time. Pork steak in a pan has a rich aroma and wonderful taste, turning an ordinary dinner into a festive one.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. the most important thing for cooking a good steak is the right choice of meat. We take pork, the main thing is not to use fresh steamed meat or deep-frozen meat. It should be thawed gradually: at least a day in the refrigerator, then at room temperature until completely thawed. Take the meat and cut into portions, not very thin, the ideal thickness of meat for steak - about 3 cm Then wash it with cold water, then wring out with your hands.
  2. Salt the steaks on each side (salt more generously, because the meat is thick, plus some of the salt will remain in the pan during cooking), then pepper with ground black and red pepper, sprinkle with dry mustard on both sides. Then pat the steaks with your hand so that the salt, pepper and mustard crystals penetrate the meat. Take a bowl and spread the pieces of meat in one layer. Then pour the meat with soy sauce and leave to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator, the longer the better (if you do not have time, marinate it for 2 hours).
  3. Take the marinated steaks and squeeze them from the sauce, then coat the meat with vegetable oil and place on a preheated pan (cast iron or aluminum with non-stick coating). Fry the steaks on maximum heat, turning with a spatula on both sides for 2 minutes to form a crust that prevents the juice from flowing - which is why the steaks turn out juicy. After pre-frying, fry them over medium heat for 3 to 6 minutes on each side. Pork steak is ready!
  4. After cooking, place the steaks on plates and garnish with parsley sprigs. The dish should be served hot with hot sauce (adjika, ketchup).
  5. Bon Appetit!
