Pork stewed with wine and pepper

This dish is easy to prepare, does not require much physical effort, but requires a little patience.

  1. Cut the meat into pieces. Heat 2-3 tbsp in a skillet. l. oils. Fry the meat in it well. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coarsely chop the onion and pepper. Add to meat, stir and fry a little with meat. Add tomato paste, bay leaf, sweet paprika, 1 liter of water and wine. Mix. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour 45 minutes.
  3. Stir the sour cream well with flour. Add to meat. Mix everything well again. Let it boil and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
