You can prepare a main course for a holiday or just diversify your daily menu with the help of familiar products, such as vegetables and meat. Pork with potatoes in the oven is a dish that will not be difficult to cook, but the taste is so tender that you just lick your fingers. And all because vegetables with meat are baked in cream, aromatic spices and under foil.

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash under running water and place on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, cut each potato into 2 - 4 pieces and put them in a pan.
  2. Then put it on the stove, fill with water, add bay leaf and salt to taste, turn on medium heat. Boil the potatoes for only 15 minutes, do not bring it to full readiness.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, you can do the meat. Wash under cold running water and on a cutting board cut into medium cubes of about 2 cm
  4. Turn on medium heat on the stove, put the pan on the stove, pour a little oil and when it heats up, spread the pieces of meat. Fry them evenly on all sides for 5 minutes, then add soy sauce and continue cooking for another 3 - 5 minutes.
  5. Ruddy pieces of pork are transferred to a clean plate, and cloves of garlic, peeled, squeezed with a garlic press in a hot pan. Fry the garlic for a few minutes, stirring constantly so as not to burn.
  6. Ready garlic is laid out in a separate plate.
  7. The pan can be removed from the heat while we cook the onions. Peel it, wash under cold running water and transfer to a cutting board. Rinse the knife under water, cut the onion into small cubes, transfer to a frying pan and return it to medium heat. Fry the onions until golden brown, stirring occasionally with a kitchen spatula.
  8. The cheese can be grated on a grater with both large holes and small ones. In this recipe, everything depends on your taste.
  9. Drain the water from the potatoes and place in a large bowl. Add onion, garlic, cream, chopped dill and spices to taste.
  10. Stir with a tablespoon until smooth.
  11. Then grease the form with vegetable oil, spread the potatoes with vegetables, put the fried pork and cover the form with foil.
  12. Bake meat with potatoes at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil from the mold, sprinkle the dish with cheese and bake for 2 - 4 minutes in order to have time to melt the cheese.
  13. The finished dish is laid out on plates and served. This dish does not need additions, except that pickled tomatoes or cucumbers are suitable. Enjoy delicious and simple food!
