Porridge with pumpkin, rice and pine nuts

Ingredients

  1. Pour milk and water into a saucepan, add butter and salt and put on fire.
  2. Rinse the rice in cold water to get rid of excess starch and add to a saucepan.
  3. Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes.
  4. After boiling milk, continue to cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the pumpkin and cook for another 10 minutes, until the pumpkin is done.
  6. Add honey, nuts and cinnamon.
  7. Garnish with orange zest when serving.
