Potato and meat cutlets

Everything in this recipe is very easy and fast. It will take a maximum of half an hour to cook, all the ingredients are available and can be found in the refrigerator of every housewife.

  1. Wash the meat, onions and potatoes and cut into pieces to fit in the neck of your meat grinder.
  2. Twist everything. I use a grid with large holes to make the meat pieces larger.
  3. Add spices, eggs, mayonnaise to the minced meat and mix.
  4. Form patties and place in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil.
  5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Then the cutlets can be served.
