Potato and mushroom casserole

Potato Mushroom Casserole is a lean, vegetarian dish. Delicious!

Ingredients

  1. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, add flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Chop or mince the mushrooms, chop the onion coarsely (simmer mushrooms and onions in a skillet under a closed lid), add black pepper and salt. Cut the cucumbers.
  3. On oiled foil, lay out in layers - potatoes, mushrooms with onions, cucumbers and again potatoes.
  4. Cover with foil and place in the oven at 200 degrees. Bake the mushroom potato casserole for about 40 minutes.
  5. After 40 minutes, remove the top layer of foil and leave for another 10-15 minutes, until a golden crust forms.
