Oven baked potato balls with white fish are incredibly tasty, easy to prepare, inexpensive and very attractive dish that you can easily prepare thanks to our recipe.

Ingredients

  1. Cool and grind pre-boiled sea fish fillets with a blender or meat grinder.
  2. Grate potatoes, pre-boiled in salted water and peeled.
  3. Finely chop the dill greens.
  4. Combine potatoes with fish, salt and pepper, add an egg, chopped greens.
  5. To stir thoroughly.
  6. From the resulting mass, form balls the size of a walnut and breaded them in flour.
  7. Grease a baking dish with butter and lay out the potato balls.
  8. Bake the potato balls with fish in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown. During cooking, the balls must be turned over once.
  9. Pour the finished balls of potatoes and fish with ketchup and serve.
