The dish will appeal to everyone, well, who doesn't like potatoes with meat here. Low cost on a budget and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. I started with decoration - potato roses. To do this, cut the potatoes into slices as thin as possible. It is good if there is a special grater for slices. Then we begin to twist the potato circles, putting one petal on top of the other. Chop off with toothpicks. I made roses for the first time. The first 2-3 were difficult to twist and pierce so as not to fall apart, and then the process went easily and with pleasure.
  2. Deep-fry the potato roses.
  3. Place them on a plate or on a napkin to remove excess fat.
  4. For potato cakes, peel and finely (prickly) grate the potatoes and onions, like on pancakes. Add egg, salt, ground black pepper, flour. Mix well.
  5. Spread the prepared mass on the heated oil over the entire area of the pan. Fry on both sides over medium heat.
  6. I got three big potato pancakes.
  7. For the filling cream, fry finely chopped onions in oil, then add the minced meat and fry until crisp. Add peppers, peeled and cut into strips, chopped parsley, salt and peppers. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender (10-15 minutes). At the end, beat in an egg, turn off the heat and mix well. The filling can be left like this, or if desired, for uniformity, you can punch with a blender.
  8. The delicious filling is made from fried liver with onions or mushrooms.
  9. Put 1/3 of the meat filling on the potato crust. Place the cakes on top of each other.
  10. Coat the sides of the cake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely grated hard cheese. Top decorate
  11. potato roses (carefully remove the toothpicks) and herbs. Potato cake is delicious hot and cold.
  12. Cutaway ready-made potato cake. Bon Appetit!
