  2. Add 175 g of sifted wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  3. Add the present yeast.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir first with a spoon.
  5. Then knead the dough with your hands. Let the dough "rest" for 30 minutes.
  6. Prepare mashed potatoes. Peel 400 g of potatoes first. Cut, add water and cook on the stove for 20-30 minutes, depending on the type of potato (do not forget to salt).
  7. Chop the dill greens.
  8. Grate cheese (100 g) on ​​a coarse grater.
  9. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out (not very thin!).
  10. Check the mashed potatoes for readiness with a skewer or a toothpick. Kill the mashed potatoes.
  11. Add 30 ml of 15% cream and stir. Add dill and cheese to the mashed potatoes.
  12. Put the filling on the rolled dough and wrap.
  13. Roll out the cake lightly with a rolling pin.
  14. Pour 30 ml of vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Fry the potato tortilla with cheese in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
