Silicone Mold Potato Casserole - An interesting serving of potato casserole.

Ingredients

• Mashed potatoes
• Minced meat
• Onion
• Carrot
• Seasoning (optional)
• Salt
• Butter for greasing the mold
• Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

1. Prepare mashed potatoes.
2. Fry the minced meat with onions, carrots and spices.
3. Carefully lay the mashed potatoes and minced meat in layers in a silicone muffin pan (you can grease the pan with butter).
4. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees until golden brown.
