Potato casserole with mushrooms is a very simple and satisfying dish. It is convenient to cook potato casserole in a slow cooker.

  1. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, chop finely.
  3. Peel the onion. Finely chop half of the onion.
  4. In a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms with chopped onions for 10 minutes, covered. Salt to taste, stir.
  5. Add melted cheese to mushrooms and onions. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese dissolves.
  6. Then add 2 tbsp. l. flour, mix thoroughly. Remove from stove.
  7. Grate the other half of the onion on a fine grater.
  8. Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Squeeze the grated potatoes from the liquid.
  9. Add squeezed grated onion, mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons to the potatoes. l. flour, salt, pepper and potato seasoning.
  10. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.
  11. Add the sautéed mushrooms, onions and cheese.
  12. To stir thoroughly.
  13. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil, put the potato-mushroom mass.
  14. Set the multicooker mode "Baking". Cook potato casserole in a slow cooker for 45 minutes.
