Potato cutlets with tuna, cheese, green onions and parsley are just a chic version of a delicious dish. It is prepared without much difficulty: we combine mashed potatoes with canned tuna, grated cheese and chopped herbs, form cutlets, breaded in flour and breadcrumbs and fry. Self-sufficient, satisfying and appetizing dish!

  1. Prepare all products according to the list.
  2. Canned tuna should be of high quality and tasty, you can choose it in juice or in oil.
  3. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices - this way they cook faster.
  4. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan, cover with water. Cook for 25 minutes, until tender.
  5. Drain the water from the finished potatoes, mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes.
  6. Open a can of tuna, drain the liquid. Transfer the tuna to a bowl, mash with a fork.
  7. Rinse green onions and parsley, dry and chop finely. Add the greens to the tuna bowl.
  8. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Add the cheese to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste
  10. Add prepared ingredients to potato saucepan.
  11. Mix everything thoroughly.
  12. Form small cutlets from the resulting mass. Roll them in flour.
  13. Shake the egg in a plate. Dip the cutlets into the egg mixture.
  14. Dip the cutlets in bread crumbs.
  15. Heat the pan, grease with oil. Place cutlets and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
  16. Potato cutlets with fish and cheese are ready. When serving, you can add sour cream or ketchup, fresh vegetables and herbs to the cutlets.
