A delicious recipe for cooking potato cutlets with spinach, cheese and garlic.

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash, add water and boil until soft. Drain the water from the boiled potatoes, mix the potatoes with the heated milk and make mashed potatoes.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp. l. butter with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Put onion, fry until transparent.
  4. Add garlic and chopped spinach. Salt and pepper. Fry until spinach is soft.
  5. Mix mashed potatoes with spinach, onion and garlic. Add cheese, bread crumbs, lemon juice, egg, salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.
  6. Form potato cutlets.
  7. Fry potato cutlets with cheese, spinach and garlic in well-heated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Sprinkle a little cheese on top of the cooked potato cutlets with cheese, spinach and garlic. Serve with sour cream.
