Potato cutlets with feta cheese and cheese sauce

Potato and feta cheese cutlets are similar in taste to chicken cutlets. Aromatic cheese sauce is perfect for these cutlets.

  1. Peel the potatoes, chop, boil in water with 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Drain the water.
  2. Finely chop the cheese.
  3. Mix potatoes and feta cheese, knead with a crush or grind with a blender.
  4. Add the yolks of the eggs. Squeeze out the garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Spoon the potato mass into a plate with flour. Thoroughly roll in flour on all sides, forming cutlets the size of a chicken egg.
  6. Then roll the cutlets in bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry potato cutlets over medium heat until golden brown - first 5 minutes on one side, then 5 minutes on the other side.
  8. For the sauce: grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Heat the milk.
  10. Add flour and cheese little by little, mix thoroughly.
  11. Beat the sauce with a blender.
  12. Serve potato cutlets with salad and cheese sauce.
