Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil until cooked.
  2. Wash the spinach, put in a large / wide saucepan or saucepan, put on fire. Cook spinach, stirring with a wooden spoon, over high heat for 2 minutes. Then cool the spinach and squeeze out the liquid that has emerged during the cooking process.
  3. In the case of using frozen spinach, you only heat it up and squeeze it as needed.
  4. Add finely chopped fresh dill to the blanched spinach and puree in a blender.
  5. Add finely grated cheese and flour to the herbs.
  6. Mash boiled potatoes warm in mashed potatoes.
  7. Knead the dough of mashed potatoes and spinach-dill, cheese and flour, with the addition of eggs and salt (a couple of pinches).
  8. The potato dough will be soft and elastic.
  9. Cut small pieces from the dough and roll them into a flat sausage with a diameter of 1 cm. Cut the sausage into 1 cm pieces, form small cakes from them and immediately press the center of the cake with your finger to get a depression. (Do not be too lazy to form this depression - it will be very useful during a meal, it will be delicious.)
  10. Put on the fire to warm up the water for cooking the gnocchi, do not forget to add salt. When the water boils, dip the gnocchi there and cook them after they float for 1 minute.
  11. Remove the ready-made potato gnocchi with spinach and dill from the pan using a slotted spoon, like ordinary dumplings.
  12. Melt the butter and add your favorite seasoning (spice mixture) to it - curry, suneli hops, etc. Mix.
  13. When serving, pour the resulting aromatic oil into each cavity of the potato gnocchi. This is delicious!
  14. Bon Appetit!
