Potato gratin with vegetables

Delicious casserole of potatoes, tomatoes and bell peppers. Vegetables are baked with cream and cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate potatoes or cut into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Peel the bell peppers and cut them lengthwise into pieces. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Place a layer of potatoes in a baking dish so that the circles overlap slightly.
  3. Put the tomatoes on the potatoes. Then again a layer of potatoes.
  4. Put tomatoes and bell peppers between the layers of potatoes. Pour cream over the vegetables every three layers, sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour cream over the top layer of gratin, sprinkle with cheese and caraway seeds.
  6. Bake the potato gratin in the oven at 175 degrees until the potatoes are tender. I baked for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  7. Serve the potato gratin hot.
